Q :Is your hair human hair?
A :Pls don’t worry about that! xsywig.com only provide high-quality human hair, 100% Human hair with no mixed.
Q :How do I make the payment?
A :To pay for the order on xsywig.com, follow these steps below:
1. Add the hair to the cart
2. Go to the cart and Click “check out”button
3. Fill in your email and shipping information
4. Choose the payment method
Q :What type of payment method do you accept?
A :We accept following payment method: Paypal, Credit Cards: Visa Card, MasterCard, and American Express, Western Union.
Q :Is the price on the site include shipping fees?
A :Free shipping to the US, CA, and other 20 countries. If you need to pay for the shipping fees, it will be shown on the payment page.
Q :How can I track my order?
A :We will send the tracking number to the email you provide, and you can use the tracking number to track your order! So please make sure the email you leave in your order are available.
Q :How can I cancel my order?
A :We can help cancel order before the tracking number is sent. So if you want to cancel it in stipulated time pls contact service@pearlwig.com ASAP.

Q :what if I want to return the hair and apply for a refund?
A :We offer no reasons return within 7 days after receiving the hair, if you want to return the hair back pls contact our customer service within the valid time. More specific rules please check here: Return & Refund Policy
Q :When will my money back for the refund?
A :The money will back to your original payment method within 3 working days after our customer service help you cancel the order.
Q :How long will the shipping take?
A :Normally, we will ship the hair out within 3 working days after your payment and the shipping may take 3-7 working days after the hair has been shipped out! But for different area, delivery time may different, more detailed information please contact service for help!
