Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: To pay for your order on https://pearlwig.com/, please follow these steps:

1) Select the order and click the "Pay Now" button, or select Add to Cart and go to the checkout page.

2) Select a payment method on the checkout page

Q: What types of payments do you accept?

A: We accept the following payment methods:

Paypal, any credit card that can be connected to PayPal payments. Klarna, Visa can also be used, we first recommend Paypal.

Q: When do you ship and how long is the shipping time?

A: Generally, we will ship within 48 hours after you place the order. Shipping to the United States usually takes about 7 business days, shipping to Europe takes about 15 business days, usually we will ship within 48 hours, orders placed on the weekend will be shipped first thing on Monday morning unless it is a holiday. However, sometimes we may need to wait 2 or 3 days for the goods to be available, so the delivery will be delayed by 2 or 3 days. Shipping is done by Fedex/DHL. Please note: PO Boxes are not accepted.

Q: Are there any customs duties?

A: Customs duties depend on the customs policy of your country, we usually indicate a lower value on the invoice to avoid potential taxes. You can also tell us the value you want to declare when placing an order.

Q: Does Pearl Wig guarantee delivery time?

A: Since the federal post office is responsible for handling your shipment, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time. However, we will let you know when the package will arrive. And you can always ask us your shipment tracking information, we recommend that you place your order one week in advance, so that you will have enough time for shipment.

Q: What if my order is delayed in delivery?

A: Under normal circumstances, we will definitely deliver your order on time. However, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays. Please remember that holidays are not counted as working days and should be considered when calculating shipping time.

Hair Care and Use

Q: Does the hair have a bad smell?

A: Guaranteed no corn flake chemical smell. Our hair is 100% chemical-free. We care not only about beauty, but also about the health of our customers! But we wash the hair during the production process, so there may be a little shampoo smell.

Q: Can the hair be dyed or bleached?

A: Yes. The hair can be dyed. Generally speaking, it is easier to go darker than lighter. We strongly recommend having a hairdresser dye the extensions so that you can achieve the effect you want, while dyeing them yourself mostly has a high risk of not dyeing the color you want. If you can't go to a salon to see a hairdresser, please be sure to use a high-quality hair dye and test a small sample first.

Q: Will the hair fall out or tangle?

A: Shedding: It is normal for a few new hairs to fall out initially. We always recommend that customers seal the wefts before installation and comb them out with a wide-tooth comb. Cutting or drying the wefts will cause excessive shedding. If you cut the wefts for installation, be sure to seal the ends and keep them moisturized.

B: Tangling: Generally, our hair does not tangle because it is human hair with the cuticle intact. However, dryness, oil and dirt accumulation, salt water or not combing every day can cause tangles and shedding. Follow the hair care instructions and wash your hair twice a week using a good quality shampoo and conditioner.

Q: What kind of hair care products should I use?

A: Treat this hair like your own. Use a good quality shampoo and hair care product. Caring for your hair is important to keep it soft and manageable, so use a leave-in conditioner. You can also use products like gel and hair spray to maintain your curls, but be sure to wash your hair and don't leave these products on for too long. Recommended daily use: Olive oil conditioner.
